CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will invoke a 50% charge of the scheduled service, no shows or day of cancellations will be charged a 100% fee of the scheduled service Late shows: 10 minute grace period provided for all clients, after 15 minutes if you have not arrived to your appointment or have not reached out to communicate a late arrival you may be charged as a “no call no show”; Please reach out to inform me of any late arrivals to avoid these fees!
